me and Killian got wind of the solar storm and decided to drive out of town in hopes of catching a few minutes of activity. Right after getting outside of Eagle River the sky danced for us for over an hour while we drove, sometimes even brighter more defined then this shot. Then we got to a nice overlook and spent almost two hours eating, chilling, and watching the northern lights dance.

very high on my bucket list is to see the northern lights.
